- You can create up to ten Host accounts (if you want to create more, please contact us).
Your Host won't see his earnings, only you will have access to the account.
- You will earn 30%-35% of the income generated from your Host's Video Chat room at ImLive .
- You will earn 60% rather than 30%-35% of your Host's income if you or your Host refer new members to ImLive, and they spend ImLive Credit in the Video Chat room of your Host. .
ImLive.com shall decide at its sole discretion whether a member is a new member or an existing one. In the case that ImLive.com suspects that an existing member was referred by you as a new member – you will risk termination of your account and forfeiture of all earnings as well as an additional fine of $500.
- You will have full editorial control over the Host profile.
- You will be paid twice per month.
- You pay your Hosts as you see fit - we do not govern your payment structure to your employees.
- You are responsible for your Hosts, their schedules, their conduct, and their adherence to the rules of ImLive.
- You may have no more than one Agent account.
