Please read carefully the following Mad Video Competition rules (hereinafter: the "Rules" and the "Competition"). In the following Rules, the word "You" shall refer to the user/s and/or member/s of ImLive.com (the "Site"), as defined in the Terms of Use on the Site.
Please also note that the Competition Rules are subject to the Site's Terms of Use.
- Participation:
- You can view videos only if you registered to the site, or if you received an email from a friend, with a link to the video, In which case you can only view the video but not rate it.
- If you registered to the site (i.e. - free or paying member), you can view 6 free videos per day.
- The price for viewing the 7th video and on is ¢50 US per minute.
- Duration of Competitions:
- Competitions take place twice in every month.
- The first Competition starts on the 1st of each month, on 03:00am EST, and ends on the 16th of that month, on 03:00am EST.
- The second Competition of that month starts on the 16th of that month, on 03:00am EST, and ends on the 1st of the upcoming calendaring month, on 03:00am EST.
- Voting for a video is possible until 30 minutes before Competition ends.
- Durations may change at all time at the Site's sole discretion.
- The Site may choose to terminate and/or cancel Competitions at all time at the Site's sole discretion.
- Video Ranking:
- You can rate videos only if you registered to the site.
- You can rate a video after viewing it. Free users can vote for a specific video only once per day.
- The video ranking shall be done by the Site at its sole discretion. Furthermore, the Site does not intend to reveal the ranking system and methods to any third party but may do so at its sole discretion as well.
- The ranking takes in consideration the volume of votes and their quality.
- The Site reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to delete any votes that are suspected as fraudulent. Any attempt to engage in fraudulent voting may lead to an immediate termination of your account on the Site.
- General Terms:
- Please note that some of the videos may contain content that is inappropriate for minors. You acknowledge that ImLive.com cannot, and does not intend to, screen information and content on the site. Therefore, ImLive.com shall not be held liable for any of the content provided by Hosts in the Competition. However, ImLive.com may, at its sole discretion, choose to monitor some or all of the videos.
- The site may, from time to time, change the rules. You agree to review the rules periodically and to be updated of such changes. Please note that your continued participation in the Competitions following the changes of the rules constitutes acceptance of all such changes.
