At any given time, a customer service representative might enter your Video Chat room to verify your personal details. You will be asked questions and your full cooperation is required. A Customer Service representative (using the username "csrep'' with a number following it -- for example, csrep1) will enter your Chat room. Please note that when a Csrep user enters your Chat room, you will see a written text which will inform you of the customer service entrance A: Start by clicking here to fill in a quick registration form. Once completed, you'll need to read the Tags of Use, fax us a copy of your photo identification (driver's license, passport, or national identity card), and create a main photo before you can begin Video Chatting. A: Hosts must convert 5 free Guests into paying Guests in Free Live Chat before they can opt out of it. However, in the Free Live Chat feature you get all of the experience you need to become a top earning Host, while making money. Plus, it helps you create a fan base by getting some new faces into your Video Chat room. The more Guests you have buying sessions with you, the more you earn. A: Free Live Chat lets you give your Guests a free sample of the mind-blowing performances you give in your private sessions - tease and entice your Guests with your sexy moves and flirty personality. Get them to buy Credit and come see your private, 1-on-1 performance. Give them a taste of what you can do, but don't give it all away for free. Fulfill the Guests' requests, but save your best moves for private Video Chat. You do not perform nude in Free Live Chat. We don't want you to give the goods away for free. You just give your Guests a little taste of what they can have if they come to your Video Chat room for a paid private session. Although you do not earn a per-minute fee in Free Live Chat, you do get paid for private sessions. That's why you need to convert as many Guests as you can. Our Free Live Chat feature is the best way to meet potential customers, especially if you're just starting out. It's a great way to meet a large variety of Guests and potential Guests, as well as increase your traffic and exposure. Important: Nudity and sexual toys are strictly forbidden in FLC. When you have finished a Private Chat, you have 3 minutes to put your clothes back on before you are automatically returned to Free Video Chat. Violation of this rule is taken very seriously. Also, if you choose to take a new snapshot for FLC, your old snapshot will be presented until the new one is approved by customer service. A: You must get 5 Guests, who never purchased Credit before, to purchase Credit after a session in your Free Live Chat before you can start earning in regular Video Chat. Although you do not earn a per-minute fee in Free Live Chat, you do get paid for private sessions. Convert as many Guests as you can for 100% commission. Plus, you will appear on the Host List. Any Guest that sees you on the Host List and wants to chat with you may do so by entering a private session with you (if you are available and not already in a private session). A Guest can also go to a private session with you directly from your Free Live Chat. A: Guests who have never purchased credit are considered free Guests. When a free Guest enjoys your show in Free Live Chat mode and purchases ImLive Credit, it is called a conversion. Guests can also enter your room for a paid private session from the Host List. This is not considered a conversion. It is only a conversion when the Guest buys Credit after chatting with you in Free Live Chat mode. A: You can see how many Guests you have converted on the Free Live Chat page: Go to the "Power Tools" tab at the top of your main Host Page. Select "Free Live Chat" from the drop down menu. A: You get paid for every private session. The more Guests you get to chat with you in a private session, the more money you earn. When you get Guests to purchase Credit after your Free Live Chat session, you have converted him. A: YES. Any Guest that sees you on the Host List and wants to chat with you may do so by entering a private session with you. A Guest can also go to a private session with you directly from your Free Live Chat. A: After you convert 5 free Guests into paying Guests in Free Live Chat you will automatically become a regular Host. As a regular Host, you may choose to skip Free Video Chat when you log in. A:
A: If you are a Host in the Live Sex Chat category, you'll get paid every time an ImLive Member enters your Video Chat. You just interact and watch the money start rolling in! You'll also get paid every time an ImLive Member views one of your Professional Videos or joins your Discount Club so you can get paid even when you're not online. If you are a Host in any category besides Live Sex Chat, You'll get paid every time an ImLive Member begins a paid Chat or Video Chat session. You'll also get paid every time an ImLive Member views one of your Expert Tutorials or receives email services so you can make money even when you're not online. Click here to become an ImLive Video Chat Host A: If you are one of the 120 Top Earners in the Live Sex Chat Hall of Fame, a Veteran Host, or one of the 25 Friends & Romance Top Earners, you'll get 35% commission. All the other Hosts in the Live Sex Chat and Friends & Romance categories receive 30% of what Guests pay. Prices range from 0.98 to 5.80 ImLive Credits per minute. For every single Imlive credit you earn you are paid $1 USD. The price you charge will vary according to what you decide to charge, your seniority, and the rating you are given by your Video Chat clients. For the purpose of determining Hosts' eligibility to Hall of Fame and/or Veteran status, earnings are calculated based on 30% commission. If you are a Host in any category besides Live Sex Chat or Friends & Romance, you will receive 50% of what your Guests pay. Prices vary from 0.98 to 9.80 ImLive Credits per minute, according to what you decide to charge, your seniority, and the rating you are given by your Guests. Every ImLive Credit you earn will convert to $1. You will get paid in dollars at the end of every pay period. A Guest who begins a session with a Host at a certain fee per minute will continue to pay that fee throughout the session, even when a system event changes those rates (for example, if your rating increases and your price per minute is raised). A: A high speed internet connection is the best choice for people using live webcams. Your internet connection speed determines your uploading and downloading capabilities. Upload is the speed of everything that goes out of your computer, like your connection to viewers, the higher your upload, the clearer picture quality your viewer will see. Download is the speed of everything that comes in to your computer. Hosts who use high speed connections have significantly more earnings than those who use low speed connections. A high bandwidth provides viewers with a better video chat quality than dial up connections or low speed connections. This means that viewers will want to stay in your Chat room longer! At low speeds viewers see broken up shots of you, with lots of pauses, rather than a smooth video of you in action. When you provide better service to your guests they will keep coming back to you, and your earnings will increase! A high upload is the most important thing for you as a host! A high speed upload improves the picture quality in your video Chat room for your viewers. The ideal speed to have is 500kbps upload and 500 kbps download, but anything higher than 192 kbps is o.k. Notice that you might have a high connection but may still be experiencing problems, this could be because you are located far from the continental U.S., you are working with open applications, or you are chatting on more than one site simultaneously. To change your internet service to a high speed one, contact your internet provider and ask about high speed options. A: When you're in your video Chat room you should make sure that all other applications are closed. If you are logged on to applications that download or upload large amounts of information, or are sharing your internet line with other computers, you will have a slower and lower quality picture in your video Chat room. A: You don't need to have any special technical skills! The Video Chat format is self-explanatory and easy to navigate. Click here to become an ImLive Video Chat Host A: You do not need to make any promises to your Guests regarding the overall amount of time you will spend online or the length of a Video Chat session; but it is good marketing practice to let them know when they can expect to see you in your Chat room. You must be online at least three hours per month, or ImLive reserves the right to suspend your Video Chat Host privileges. A: To go to your Host Profile click on the 'My Account' tab at the top of your Host Page, click on 'Manage Your Profile', then 'Update My Profile'. Update your details, or make any necessary changes, then click 'Submit'. The fields with a yellow asterisk (*) near them denote required information. A: To create/edit your Snapshots, go to the 'My Account' tab at the top of your Host Page, click on 'Manage Your Profile', then click on 'Create/Edit my Snapshots'. How to Take Snapshots: You can take Snapshots here by clicking on "Create Snapshot", or in your Video Chat room. When creating a Snapshot here, you can select to either take a picture immediately or use the timer in order to create a 5 second or 10 second delay until your picture is taken. You can select which timing option you'd like to use from the dropdown menu. In your Video Chat room, you have the option to take your own Snapshots manually or the system can take them for you while you are Video Chatting. When you applied to become an ImLive Host, you decided whether or not you wanted automatic photos taken during your Video Chat sessions. If you would like Snapshots taken automatically while you are Video Chatting, update your profile by clicking on the Update Your Host Profile link on your Video Chat Host Page and changing your selection in the Snapshot Gallery field at the bottom of the form. How Your Snapshots Will Appear: Snapshots taken by you will appear to Guests in a pop-up 354x290 pixels, provided that your webcam can support such a large photo. If not, all of your Snapshots will be in a smaller size. How to Manage Your Snapshots: Snapshots taken automatically during your Video Chat sessions will appear here. If you would like these photos to be visible to members of ImLive, click on Approve Snapshot. The newest Snapshots will appear at the bottom of the page. The Snapshot marked as 'Main' is the main photo visible in your Profile. It is one of the four Snapshots visible to free members of ImLive who have not yet purchased ImLive Credit. The next four Snapshots (Free #1,2,3,4,5) are also visible to all Guests at ImLive. The rest of your Snapshots, placed below the "For ImLive Credit Holders Only" line, will be visible only to ImLive members with ImLive Credit in their accounts. Free users of the site will see your Snapshots exist, but they will appear completely out of focus. To change the order in which your Snapshots are viewed, select the new position in the pull down menu below the Snapshot you want to move. The Snapshot will exchange places with the Snapshot that is currently in the position you desire. You may delete any unwanted Snapshots by clicking on the Delete button beneath the Snapshot you do not want. How to Delete Snapshots: Check the box next to the snapshot you wish to delete. You may check as many boxes as you wish to delete multiple snapshots simultaneously. Click the "Delete Selected Snapshots" button at the top of your gallery to delete the snapshots you have selected. Once deleted, you will see a message confirming that the snapshots have been deleted. If you wish to undo your last action, you can click the " Click Here to Undo" link. You will only be able to undo your previous action once. How to Create/Edit Sexually Explicit and Non-Sexually Explicit Snapshots: On your Host Profile there are 6 Snapshots visible to Free and Anonymous Guests: your non-sexually explicit Main Snapshot (Free#1), and five non-sexually explicit Free Snapshots (Free #2,3,4,5,6) taken from your gallery. Paying members, members with ImLive Credit in their accounts, will be able to see all of the Snapshots in your Gallery. Free users of the site will see your Snapshots exist, but they will appear completely out of focus. To change your Non-Sexually Explicit Snapshots simply click "Replace" under the photo you wish to change. A window will open up with all of the photos in your Gallery. All you have to do is select the non-sexually explicit photo you wish to use. To change the order in which your Sexually Explicit Snapshots are viewed, select the new position in the pull down menu below the Snapshot you want to move. The Snapshot will exchange places with the Snapshot that is currently in the position you desire. You may delete any unwanted Snapshots by clicking on the Delete button beneath the Snapshot you do not want. Customer Service will check your photos and mark each one with an icon. Each Snapshot in your Gallery will have either an "SE" icon for a sexually explicit photo, or an "NSE" icon for a non-sexually explicit photo, which only you and Customer Service will be able to see. Once the Snapshots are marked, it will be easy to select appropriate photos for each category. Deleting main snapshots: You cannot delete your main NSE/SE snapshot. Once you have additional approved images you will be able to replace the main snapshot. A: Your Snapshots are visible to ImLive Members, depending upon their status. Paying Members can see all of the Snapshots in your Gallery, including the Main sexually explicit Snapshots, while Free Members and Anonymous Users can see only the non-sexually explicit Snapshots. You must feature at least 1 non-sexually explicit photo, and all photos need to go through Customer Service for approval. Sexually Explicit Snapshots: Any photo of a Host or Hosts containing images focused on genitalia, touching or stroking of the genitalia, or showing a sex act, etc are considered sexually explicit. Only paying members are able to see these photos. Non-Sexually Explicit Snapshots: Any photo that does not contain the sexually explicit behavior described in the rules below can be considered non-sexually explicit. Free Members and Anonymous Users are able to view only these photos. Therefore, you need to have at least one non-sexually explicit Snapshot in your Gallery. Please note that if you do not have at least one non-sexually explicit Snapshot in your Gallery you will not appear on the site. If you do not already have such an image in your gallery, please create or add one as soon as possible, otherwise, you will not be able to go online. Customer Service will check your photos and mark each one with an icon. Each Snapshot in your Gallery will have either an "SE" icon for a sexually explicit photo, or an "NSE" icon for a non-sexually explicit photo, which only you and Customer Service will be able to see. Once the Snapshots are marked, it will be easy to select appropriate photos for each category. Your non-sexually explicit photos should follow these guidelines: Deleting Non-Sexually Explicit Photos: You cannot delete your Main Snapshot (both sexually and non-sexually explicit). Once you have additional approved images in your Gallery, you will be able to replace your Main Snapshots. A: To record/edit your Video Library go to the 'My Account' tab at the top of your Host Page, click on 'Manage Your Profile', then click on 'Record/Edit my Video Library'. List of Promos For every series of videos, you can create one promotional clip that will be offered free to members in order to promote the series. You can record up to 30MB of video clips. You can divide this in any manner that you wish. The only stipulation is that each series of videos must have a promo clip no more than 1 minute long and each video clip in a series can be no longer than 3 minutes. Promo Click on the name of the promo to view it. You can change the position of the promo in your series list by selecting the desired position number. To edit the video, click on Record/Update video. Title and Description Try to describe the exact content of your promo. Guests who perform searches for promos will look for certain keywords to help them find what interests them. Keywords pertaining to the topic of your video series should be entered into the description and the title should reflect the content of your video series, not just the content of the promo. Professional Videos in Series Create your professional videos and view the professional videos you currently have in a series. Times Viewed Number of times the video has been viewed by ImLive Guests. Delete Series This is an irreversible act that will delete both the promo and the professional videos within the series. A: To update your account details, such as payment method, or minimum check amount, click on the 'My Account' tab at the top of your Host Page, click on 'Manage Your Profile', then 'Update Your Account Details'. Update your details, or make any necessary changes, then click 'Submit'. The fields with a yellow asterisk (*) near them denote required information. A: To go to view your Ratings and Reviews click on the 'My Account' tab at the top of your Host Page, click on 'Manage Your Profile', then 'View Your Ratings and Reviews'. When a Guest visits your Video Chat room and spends at least two minutes with you, they will be able to rate your performance. This rating is used to determine your placement in the list of available Hosts and also determines the amount you may charge Guests for Video Chat. Guests may rate you only twice, except if a Guest has spent at least 200 ImLive Credits in your Video Chat room (in which case they may rate you each and every time they Video Chat with you). Only the most recent review each Guest submits will appear on your profile. If at least one week's time elapses between a Guest's subsequent reviews, each review will be posted. If you receive a review that you think isn't fair, you can contact customer service and request that the review be removed. A: When you send emails to your mailing list, we can display the text of those emails so that your profile will gain a higher page ranking in search engines, garnering you greater traffic and exposure. You can choose to either show your letters in your profile page, or stop showing them. Go to the 'My Account' tab at the top of your Host Page, click 'Manage Your Profile', then click on 'Manage Your Mailing List Display' A: You can delete your Host profile from the ImLive database entirely and cancel your membership by clicking on the 'Resign' button. Go to the 'My Account' tab at the top of your Host Page, click 'Manage Your Profile', then click on 'Close Your Account'. A: Most Commonly Searched Tags is a new feature which will help you describe your personality, likes, and special talents. There are several categories, each of which has a list of descriptive Tags. Add 15-20 Tags to your Host Profile by clicking on a Category. A list of Tags will appear under the category. Choose three Tags per category, for a minimum of 15 and a maximum of 20 Tags. Click Save and your choices will appear in the box on the right side of the page and on your Host Profile. You can edit your choices by clicking remove in the box. How can Most Commonly Searched Tags help increase my traffic? Once your Most Commonly Searched Tags have been approved by Customer Service, Users searching the net will be able to find you using keywords similar to your chosen Tags. Users within ImLive will be able to find you by searching lists of ImLive Hosts who chose certain Tags. By adding these descriptive Tags to your profile, you are selling yourself, it will be easier for new traffic to find you, and you'll increase your earnings!
A: Recorded Live Sessions are simply your live Video Chat sessions recorded for Guests to view time and time again and pay you by the minute - a fantastic way to earn money even when you are not online! A: There are two types of Recorded Live Sessions: Recorded Live Sessions created by Hosts and Recorded Live Sessions created by Guests. Sessions Recorded by Hosts Host Recorded Live Sessions are sessions you created during Video Chat. Use the Record Session button during Video Chat to capture the session. These sessions need to be approved and edited by you before they are displayed to guests. Sessions Recorded by Guests We allow Guests to record their Video Chat sessions with you to view whenever they want. These sessions cannot be edited and are stored by the Guest on his Member Page for easy access. To allow / not allow Guest to record sessions with you click here. A: Rate for sessions recorded by Hosts Every time a guest chooses to view a Recorded Live Session he will be charged your current Video Chat rate at the time the guest views the session plus 2 ImLive Credits, per minute. You will earn your regular commission rate on the total charged. Rates for sessions recorded by Guests Every time a guest views a session he recorded, he will be charged the original rate paid to Video Chat (including any discounts given), minus a 30% discount. You will earn your regular commission rate on the total charged. A: To edit a Recorded Live Session click on the corresponding Edit/ Approve link in the Recorded Live Sessions Waiting to be Approved table. There you can shorten the session, upload a cover pic, choose a name and write a short description for your Recorded Live Session that will persuade guests to purchase it when you are offline. A: To cut a session's length, view session and enter your new end time exactly as it is shown on the viewer. Click Play to view session, when you reach the point you would like to stop your guests viewing, enter the exact time showing below the screen. Your session will now end at that point. A: There is no limit on the number of sessions you can record but you can only store up to 90 minutes of approved and non-approved material. A: To make room for more Recorded Live Sessions you may delete approved or non-approved sessions. A: Yes. The amount of income generated by this Recorded Live Session is recorded in the earnings column for each session. This allows you to keep a track of your best performing sessions and make room for more by deleting less successful sessions. A: After a guest has viewed your Recorded Live Session, and provided they have watched it all or at least 2 minutes of it, they are asked to rate it from 1 to 5 stars. Rating is displayed for guest reference only and has no bearing on the Recorded Live Session price. Make sure you get 5 stars for your session - a high rating will bring in the guests.
A: Hot Spots is a new feature that lets you control your position and "jump" straight to the top of the Host List whenever you choose. Each time you make a "jump," Guests will see you at the top of the Host list, on the Hot Spots page, and in special promotional areas. This is your chance to stand out, get instant exposure, and have thousands of Guests notice you right away. A: You can "jump" to the top of the Host List whenever you go online, all it takes is one click from your Video Chat room. Simply click on the "Hot Spots" tab on the right and select which type of "jump" you would like to make (VIP or Regular Hot Spot). A: As a Host, you have 2 options of "jumping" to the top: a Regular "jump" will place you at the top of the regular Hot Spots area and a VIP "jump" will place you at the very top, in the VIP area, above the regular Hot Spots area. A: A regular "jump" costs $0.7 for the first jump of the day, and $0.4 for the rest of the jumps within 24 hours. A VIP "jump" costs $1.3 for the first jump of the day, and $0.9 for the rest of the jumps within 24 hours. In order to be eligible for a "jump" you will need to have enough in your total earnings from the current Pay period in your account to cover the cost of the "jump." You will be billed every pay period. Your Hot Spot icon and placement in the Hot Spot section of the Host List remain for 24 hours from the moment you make a "jump" to the top. A: You are able to make a jump once every 15 minutes. A: You will be billed at the end of each pay period for every "jump" you make within the pay period. Each "jump" will appear as a negative transaction in the "Track Your Earnings" section. A: Yes, but you need approval from your Agent in order to do so.
A: Use the Fees and Discounts page to select your price per minute, whether you wish to offer discounts on 30 or 60 minute sessions, view your Professional Video price per minute, let a member tip you after a Video Chat, and choose your discount codes. To find your Fees and discounts page go to the 'My Account' tab at the top of your Host Page, click on 'Fees and Discounts'. Please note: discounts on 30 or 60 minute sessions may only be offered to Guests who have purchased Credit more than once. A: Keep track of your ImLive Video Chat and Video earnings by checking your 'Track Your Earnings' page regularly. Your earnings are constantly updated to reflect the most recent information. Click on a sum in your earnings chart for a detailed breakdown of that day's transactions. Use the table at the bottom of the page to see the total amount you have earned from each feature separately. Use the links at the top of the page to see all of your previous payments, and to see all of your earnings from specific Guests.

A: If you are a Host in the Girl Alone or Shy Girl Alone categories, you can join the Role Play category and take on any role you desire. Be a naughty nurse, sexy secretary, kinky cop or whatever strikes your fancy! In order to go online in the Role Play category, you'll need to create or select a Role Play Photo and enter a Role Play title and description. Once you are satisfied with your Role Play application, save it and submit it to Customer Service for review and approval. Please allow 30 minutes for Customer Service to review your application. Once your Role Play profile has been approved, you can start Video Chatting in the Role Play category by disconnecting from your Video Chat room and reconnecting through the Role Play page. Feel free to play any role you like, as long as it complies with the ImLive Tags of Use. You can continue Video Chatting in your original category as you go through the application process. Once Customer Service has approved your Role Play profile, you can join the Role Play category again with the same exact title, description and photo without being reviewed. If you make any changes to your title, description or photo you will need to resubmit your application for review. When you disconnect from your Video Chat room, you will automatically be moved back to your original category with your original Main Snapshot and Description. If you would like to return to the Role Play category, you can start Video Chatting from the Role Play page again. A: Live Viewer is a new feature that lets only paying Guests view multiple rooms in real time thru Live Viewer-shaped frames. When you participate in Live Viewer, your room is broadcast nonstop as soon as you go online, and you still receive exposure whether you're in a Happy Happy Hour session, a Video Chat session or just hanging out. To Pause Free Live Chat Mode By clicking the button "Temporarily Pause Free Live Chat Mode", you can temporarily exit Free Live Chat mode, without having to close your chat room or go offline. Simply by clicking the "Return to Free Live Chat Mode" button, you can then return to Free Live Chat and carry on where you left off, giving you more flexibility and convenience. Please note that this feature is being monitored at all times, and using this feature will pause your Free Live Chat hours counter until you return. What can I do with my Guest Files? ImLive's Guest Files system lets you manage your guests' statistics and communicate directly with your guests through targeted online messages. Once you learn and gather information about guests in your files, you can send individual guests a personal online message that appears as an icon next to your profile in the Host List. This message icon will draw your guest's attention and make your profile stand out from all the other hosts.
Your Guest Files also allow you to write notes about your guests. The Notes tool lets you store any information about your guest you may want to remember for the future, like what kind of service he or she enjoyed. You can then refer to your notes next time your guest enters your room (by clicking the Guest Info button in your Video Chat room) or when you want to send a personal online message. How do my Guest Files help me? Your Guest Files give you the tools to better understand your users behaviors, preferences and spending patterns. Analyzing and taking advantage of this information can ultimately lead to higher retention (bringing old guests back to your Video Chat room) and increased earnings. The online message tool allows you to send personal and targeted messages to your guests that appear as icons next to your profile in the main Host List. What are Online Messages? Online Messages are personal invitations you can send to your guests to enter your Video Chat room when you are both online. They will be able to read your message by entering your profile and also right before Video Chatting with you. Online messages are active for 48 hours from the moment they appear in your profile. You can use the Online Message folder to search for Guests according to their online status. A: Video Chat with your Guests from different rooms in your house and give them the ultimate Video Chat experience. You'll still be able to chat live from your bedroom, but now you can also perform from your kitchen, bathroom, shower, living room, home office, and even your laundry room. How it Works: In the Video Chat room there's a new drop-down box where you can set your location. Your room will automatically appear in your profile and on the Host List. You'll have an icon showing what room you're in and members will be able to search for you by a specific room using the Narrow Your Search tool, giving you more exposure. You will need to select a room every time you log on to Video Chat, otherwise you will appear in 'Undefined' as a default. Hosts who are in the 'Undefined' category will not appear to members in the Around the House page so please make sure that you have your room selected. You can move from room to room by selecting a new room from the drop down menu. When you select a specific room, a pop-up will appear allowing you to take a snapshot for that room. This snapshot will replace your main snapshot every time you choose to Video Chat from that room. You can also change the snapshot each time you choose to chat from a specific room.

Hosts must have a description in English, and underneath this description box there will be an option to add a description in another language. Choose the language you'd like and type in your description. You'll then have the option to remove the description or to add another description in an additional language. You can repeat this process for a maximum of four profile descriptions- one in English and three in other languages. It is to your advantage to translate your profile description into other languages. When users who speak a certain language go to their Host list, Hosts who have descriptions in that language will appear at the top of the list. Below them will appear Hosts who speak that language but didn't translate their description, and below them will appear the Hosts who don't speak the language.
