Webcam Problems (PC)
If you have a webcam and hosts are unable to view you, follow the steps below.
- Please disconnect and reconnect your webcam, close the browser window, reopen browser and try again
- Make sure your webcam works properly on other platforms such as Instant Messenger programs
- Close any other programs that may be using your camera, such as Skype, IM programs or Photobooth
- Make sure you have selected the correct webcam from the list of active webcams by following these instructions:
- Right-click on the camera window (where your own camera feed should show up)
- Choose Settings
- Click on the camera tab
- Pick a different camera driver from the dropdown menu
