Please choose your browser from the menu:

Solution 1:

Check whether the problem is on the host's end by trying to chat with another host. If the
problem occurs with every host you try to chat with, go on to the next step.

Solution 2:

    Internet Explorer (PC):

    1. On your keyboard, press Ctrl+Shift+Delete



    2. In the Delete Browsing History dialog box, make sure "Preserve Favorites website data" isn't checked
    3. Check the following boxes:

        4. o Temporary Internet files
        o Cookies
        o History


    4. Press the Delete button


    5. Important: close ALL your browser windows and reopen them
    Firefox (PC and Mac):

    1. On your keyboard, press Ctrl+Shift+Delete (PC) or Command+Shift+Delete (Mac)



    2. Choose "Everything" in the Time range to clear dropdown menu

    3. Check the following boxes:

        4. o Browsing & Download History
        o Cookies
        o Cache


    4. Press the Clear Now button

    5. Close your browser and reopen it


    Chrome (Mac + PC):

    1. Click the Chrome menu icon on the browser toolbar (3 horizontal lines)



    2. Select Tools

    3. Select Clear browsing data.

    4. In the dialog box that appears, choose "the beginning of time" from the dropdown menu

    5. Check the following boxes:

        6. o Clear browsing history
        o Empty the cache
        o Delete cookies and other site and plug-in data


    6. Press the Clear browsing data button

    7. Close and reopen your browser window


    Safari (Mac + PC)

    1. To open the Preferences menu, press Command+, on a Mac or Ctrl+, on a PC

    2. Choose the Privacy tab

    3. Click Remove All Website Data...



    4. Choose Remove Now in the dialog box



    5. To empty the cache, Open the Safari menu and choose Empty Cache (Mac) or press Ctrl+Alt+E (PC)

      • o Press Empty in the dialog box





    Solution 3:

    Restart browser.

    Uninstall then reinstall Flash:

    1. Please click on the following link to uninstall Flash:
      uninstall_flash_player.exe

    2. Restart your computer.

    3. Reinstall Flash by clicking on the link below and following the on-screen instructions:
      Adobe Flash

    4. Please restart your computer once more.



    Solution 4:

    If you've followed the above instructions and are still unable to read what the host types in chat, we suggest trying a different browser. If you do not have an additional browser installed, please click one of the links below to download and install a different browser:
