Solution:
Step 1:

Please click on the following link to uninstall Flash:
http://fpdownload.macromedia.com/get/flashplayer/current/uninstall_flash_player_osx.dmg
-
Reinstall Flash by clicking on the link below and following the on-screen instructions:
http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/download/index.cgi?P1_Prod_Version=ShockwaveFlash&P2_Platform=MacOSX
Step 2:
If you are using Safari:
-
Close your browser, reopen it, and follow the steps below
-
Choose Preferences from the Safari menu and click Security.
-
Click Only from sites you navigate to to prevent storing cookies that come from websites other than those you open
-
Check the boxes marked Enable Plugins, Enable Java, Enable Javascript
-
Click Show Cookies, then click the Remove All button
-
Choose Empty Cache from the Safari menu, then click the Empty button
If you are using Firefox 3:
-
Go to the Tools menu > select Options > click the Privacy icon at the top > click the Clear Now button >
-
From the window that opens, mark the following boxes: Browsing History, Cache, Cookies, Authenticated Sessions > click the Clear Private Data Now button.
