My webcam does not work (Mac)

Solution 1:
We suggest following these instructions while in Happy Hour.
When you are in a chat with a Host, and you allow your cam, place the cursor on the Host's video and Command+click.
This should bring up the Flash menu. Choose Settings. Click on the webcam tab and open the drop-down menu list of webcams.
Pick your webcam from the list.
If that fails, choose a different webcam and then select your webcam again.
Solution 2:

Please disconnect and reconnect your webcam, close the browser window > reopen browser and try again.

Make sure your webcam works properly on other platforms, such as Instant Messenger programs.

Upgrade the camera driver to the latest driver available on the camera manufacturer's website.

Close any other programs that may be using your camera, such as Skype, IM programs or Photobooth.

Make sure you have selected the correct driver from the list of camera drivers (Command+click on the camera window > choose Settings > click on the camera tab > pick a different camera driver from the dropdown menu).
