How do I know whether I have Adobe Flash 10 installed on my computer?

I don't have Flash installed on my computer. How do I install it?

  1. To install Flash, click on the following link:

    download.cgi?P1_Prod_Version=ShockwaveFlash


  2. It is recommended that you close all other open browser windows before continuing with the installation.

  3. Click the Install Now button to automatically download and install Adobe Flash Player.

I have an older version of Flash installed on my computer. How can I change it?

To install an updated version of Flash you will first need to uninstall your current version.
  1. Please click on the following link to uninstall Flash:
    http://fpdownload.macromedia.com/get/flashplayer/
    current/uninstall_flash_player.exe


  2. After Flash has been successfully uninstalled, restart your computer.

  3. Reinstall Flash by clicking on the following link:
    http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/download/
    download.cgi?P1_Prod_Version=ShockwaveFlash




  4. It is recommended that you close all other open browser windows before continuing with the installation.

  5. Click the Install Now button to automatically download and install Adobe Flash Player.

  6. When the installation is complete, you see the Adobe Flash Player logo and text.

  7. Please restart your computer once more.
