Depression: I have dealt with depression for about 20 years and through the help of medications and counseling i have learned the tools needed to defeat depression and learned to love myself and enjoy life again and would like to share this with all of you
Panic Attacks/Fears: I also suffered from panic attacks and have learned many things to do to overcome them, let me share this with you
Constant Worry: I used to worry about everything all the time, but what i learned was that all the worrying lead to most of my anxiety attacks, let me help you deal with this also
Grief Counseling /Bereavement: I found my grandfather dead in his bathroom and it bothered me for along time but through counseling i have learned to deal with grief and how to accept that the person is gone mostly by writing goodbye letters to family and friends that have passed, i came help u also
