My Cooking Specialties:

All the mouth watering saucy, rich and splendid dishes that can come to your mind. I am a great follower of chef Escoffier and when I worked in France I was formed by one of his pupils! Indian: Lamb kebabs, Madras beef,chiken curry, simosas, rice pillau, Pakoras all that the spice world gave us! Italian: All pasta dishes,starters and main courses including desserts you may think of.

I could teach you the best way and times how to get it right! Sauteing: This is a French cooking method and it is applied to vegetables, fish , and meats. Then again a certain amount of knowledge is needed to cook the food and keep it juicy and tender. Steaming: This is the most healthy way of cooking but the secret of it is not to over do it! You need to know for how long each item cooks to perfection! Stir-frying: This is mainly for the Chinese dishes. There is a variety of dishes which could be vegetables and meats! Courses Appetizer: This part is as important as what follows next - the right appetizers would make your taste buds want more! Dessert: Creme Patissier, Gateau au Chocolate, Tiramisu...
I am a Gourmand after all. Main Course: I love all types of main courses but my favourites are the fish dishes.
There are a few meat dishes i love doing too. Sauces/Condiments: One most important part of a dish depends also on how good is the sauce, so make sure you also get this one right! Side Dish: The accompaniment to the main course is also important as this must go with the main item that is being served. Soup: These come in a big variety. I love choosing the right vegetables and making sure they are fresh is vital.
