My Cooking Specialties:
Cuisine British/Irish: A good ol Canadian Boston Clam Chowder. Tummy filling British Breakfast? Homemade Chicken Chow Mien? North American Cooking Methods Baking: The aroma of warm cookies or cakes waving through my home. Makes me so hungry! BBQ: The sizzling of a fat juicy steak with hot flames hugging the meat. Nothing better! Roasting: Turkeys, roasts, lamb, or even baking chicken legs with a savory bbq sauce. Picnic anyone? Sauteing: I love to saute my vegetables, and make a healthy, low fat belly busting delicious stir fry! Steaming: The only way to serve fresh vegetables. Stir-frying: With stir frying, the sky is the limit! So many delicious mouth watering fry to invent! Courses Main Course: My favorite meal to cook, is peroges, cabbage rolls, and the all famous borcht! Sandwiches: The ever popular Clubhouse Sandwich. If thats too much, why not try a Denver sandwhich? Sauces/Condiments: Condiments are the icing on the cake of any fine meal you have created! Side Dish: French Fries? Onion Rings?
