My Cooking Specialties:
Cuisine Chinese: My best chinese dishes are: rice with curry and corn, chilli rice, beef with onion, rice spagetti with vegetables, seafood rice, vegetables with soy sauce, hot bamboo,hot calamary with garlic, spicy sheep, chicken with mushrooms and beef in hot sauce. They are all extremely tasty and extremely healthy. Eastern European: Eastern Europe is famous for its stews and special soups, steaks and other dishes like cabage meat balls with polenta, polenta with sheep chease, stuffed peperroni, musaka (a backed dish with potatoes and meat), and also for Hungarian gulash, Bulgarian zakusca or Sebian rice. I`ve been cooking Eastern European food for years and I know it`s the perfect choice for a dinner with friends. French: The French cuisine is one of the most famous in the world and it`s THE cuisine for a romantic dinner. Chichen with mushroom sauce or chicken with oranges, hot french potatoes, fish with sour cream and wine sauce, duck with oranges, pork ribs in soy sauce, honey and rum... they will all be inspirational for you. Italian: As I have many Italian friends, some of them even chefs, I can promise you some delicious vegetables tagliatellas, spagetti with mushrooms, mozzarella and olives pie, hot pasta with ham and peperonni, chicken in beer sauce or chicken with mushrooms, pork fille with vegetables and many other tasty dishes that don`t come to my mind rigth now. Other: Now we`ve come to Mediterranean cooking and Fusion cooking: fish dishes and seafood dishes, special rice, veal tongue in white or red sauce, baked vegetables with mozzarella... Fusion cooking is the art of inventing special food for special ocasions, so we might invent together exactly the taste you are looking for. Cooking Methods Roasting: I always keep the meat in special sauces until in gets marinated and I use some special ingredients to make the roasted food delicious. Sauteing: My secret... using a wok for almost all the dishes, even the ones that have nothing to do with chinese cuisine. Steaming: Steaming is my favourite when it comes to rice and some other vegetables. Stir-frying: I`m not a very big fan of it, but when I do it, I use as little oil as possible. Other: I love the coal grill... the taste of smoke on meat, vegetables or cheese is awsome! Courses Main Course: Let`s see...: suffed peperroni, musaka, chicken with vegetables and sour cream, pork ribs witk baked potatoes, chicken fillet with mushroom sauce and Serbian rice... just name the occasion and we`ll find the perfect choice. Salad: Salads are my favourite, as they keep you fit. So I cook Mediterranean salads, potatoes salads, Bulgarian salad, tunna salad and some more... Sandwiches: A sandwich is the most simple food in the whole world... yet, there are some ingredients that can make your sandwiches better then the ones of your neighbours or of the local fast food restaurants. Sauces/Condiments: Oh, the tasted of the world are too many to share right now... let`s just say that I use a lot of oregano, basil, olive oil, wine, soy sauce and sea salt. Side Dish: Rice is my best choice for a side dish, then the vegetables...hmmm... maybe some cheese cream stuffed peperroni... Soup: Eastern European soups are the best, and I kind of master most of them!
