Aerobics: I have many different and styles when it comes to aerobics that are very effective. Body Building: I know just about all the aspects of the bodybuilding procedure, and can apply it to any body type. Cardiovascular: When it comes to improving heart health and overall metabolism, I can guide you in different ways. Extreme Sports: Football, Wrestling, Boxing, Martial Arts, are some of my skills, and I can show you how to use them Football: Football is one of my favorite hobbies, and I implement it into my training too. Martial Arts: I`ve trained in Tae Kwan Do and Boxing, and utilize my overall health training with these skills. Running/Track: Just as I jog, I run Track to increase overall speed and momentum when it comes to my other training Sports (Other): You name it, I probably follow or do it, and of course, with everything else, I implement it. Weight Lifting: Of all training, Weight Lifting is my favorite. Their is nothing else that builds strength faster. Yoga & Meditation: I`ve practiced Yoga and Meditation for 10+ years and implement it into all my routines.
