ImLive Credit is the currency used on the site for all the transactions and services provided. Purchase ImLive Credits and then use your Credits to video chat and use all the hot features on the site. A record of all your transactions, including the cash amount you pay for Credits, the amount of Credit in your account, and the amount of Credits you spend on each service can be accessed through your "Balance & Activity” page. You can access this under the drop-down menu, which comes up when you hover your mouse over your login name on the top right of your Member Page.

When you purchase ImLive Credit, you can chat with ImLive Hosts for as long as you have Credit in your account. Each Host charges a different price per minute (or per session) to video chat, starting from 0.98 up to 5.80 ImLive Credits, priced according to the ratings of other members of ImLive who have visited the Host before.

The quickest and most secure way to purchase Credits is with a credit card. This is the default method and is recommended, but you can change your payment method at any time directly from the Buy Credits Page.  You can access the Buy Credits Page by clicking ‘Add Credits’ at the top of the site. 

All credit card charges are handled by ImLive's secure third party payment processors. They are fully secured to ensure absolute privacy and reliability. The details of your payment processor will appear in your ‘Buy Credit’ page. 

 

Charges will appear on your credit statements from either "CCbill.com *I.M.L. SLU." or "Epoch.com *I.M.L. SLU.", depending on which company is processing your account. For any billing-related questions, please contact Customer Service via one of the options below.

ImLive membership is FREE. The only charges will be for Credits, services and products you choose to purchase.
