Clear Cookies and Cache
How do I clear my Cookies and Cache in Chrome?
Clear Cookies and cache according to the following slide show.
On your PC keyboard, press Ctrl+Shift+Delete at the same time
On your PC keyboard, press Ctrl+Shift+Delete at the same time
On your Mac keyboard, press Command+Shift+Delete, at the same time
The Clear browsing data box should pop up
Choose the beginning of time from the dropdown menu
Check the following boxes:

•    Clear browsing history 
•    Empty the cache
•    Delete cookies and other site and plug-in data
 
Press the Clear browsing data button
Then close your browser and re-open it

Choose the Privacy tab
Click Remove All Website Data
Choose Remove Now in the dialog box

To empty the cache, open the Safari menu and choose Empty Cache (Mac) or press Ctrl+Alt+E (PC).
Press Empty in the dialog box, then close your browser and re-open it.
