Do you protect my privacy?
When you enter a video chat room, you can do so without anyone hearing or seeing you – the Host is the only one aware of your presence, and even then, only in the form of your online nickname. Your privacy will remain intact. If you have a webcam and you would like the Host to see you, great! Your payment details and IP address are never seen by the Host. Where payments are concerned we have the top most reliable and secure third-parties handling all payments securely and efficiently.

I'm trying to log in and get a "Bad Username or Password" message. What should I do?
If you encounter any problems while trying to log in, first make sure that you are trying to log in within the appropriate login category. 

•    If you are a Member please make sure to log in through the Members Login
•    If you are a Host please make sure to log in through the Host Login
•    If you are a Studio, please make sure to log in through the Studio Login
•    If you are an Affiliate, please make sure to log in through the Affiliate Login

From the main ImLive.com page, please click on Affiliate Program and then click “Login” which is located at the top of the page.
I forgot my Username and Password. What should I do?
Click on the "Forgot your Username and Password?" link below your login category and enter the email address you used in order to register on ImLive. An automated email containing your login details will be sent to this email address. Please make sure to check your Bulk/Junk/Spam email folder if you do not see the email from ImLive in your inbox. We recommend that you add ImLive.com to your recognized senders list in order to receive emails and notices from ImLive. See FAQ “How do I add ImLive to my safe senders list?” below for how to do this.    
 
I registered but didn't receive a verification email. What should I do?
Please be sure to check your email account's bulk, junk or spam folder, since the verification email from ImLive may have arrived there instead of in your inbox. In order to receive emails and notices from ImLive, add ImLive.com to your safe senders list (“white list”). See the FAQs below for step-by-step guidelines.
How can I make sure I receive ImLive’s emails on Yahoo! Mail?
Most of ImLive’s emails are sent from one of the following domains:
•    @imlmailer.com
•    @imlive.com
Sign into your Yahoo! Mail account and follow these steps:  

1.    Open your Spam folder and press Ctrl + F to search for ‘ImLive’. 
2.    Right-click each highlighted message (there’s no need to open it), select ‘Add Sender to Contacts’ and follow the on-screen instructions. 
3.    Check the highlighted messages and any other messages from ImLive and click ‘Not Spam’. 
4.    Using the top search bar, search for @imlmailer.com and then search for @imlive.com.
5.    Right-click each highlighted message (no need to open it), select ‘Add Sender to Contacts’ and follow the on-screen instructions. 
6.    If you still can’t get ImLive’s emails, please contact customer support via the information at the bottom of the page.

 
How can I make sure I receive ImLive’s emails on Hotmail, Outlook.com, Windows Live Mail or MSN Mail?
Most of ImLive’s emails are sent from one of the following domains:
•    @imlmailer.com
•    @imlive.com
If your email is on Outlook.com, Windows Live Mail, Hotmail or MSN Mail, sign in to your account at Outlook.com and follow these steps:

1.    Open your Junk folder and search for ‘ImLive’, and then search for ‘@imlmailer.com’ and ‘@imlive.com’.
2.    Right-click the highlighted messages (there’s no need to open it), select ‘Create rule’ and leave the ‘Sender contains’ section intact. Under ‘Do the following’ select ‘Move to’ > Inbox.   
3.    Click ‘Create rule’
4.    Leaving the messages checked, click ‘Not Junk’.  
5.    If you still can’t get ImLive’s emails, please contact customer support via the information at the bottom of the page.
How can I make sure I receive ImLive’s emails on AOL Mail?
Most of ImLive’s emails are sent from one of the following domains:
•    @imlmailer.com
•    @imlive.com 
Sign into your AOL Mail account and follow these steps:  

1.    Open your Spam folder and press Ctrl + F to search for ‘ImLive’. 
2.    Check the highlighted messages and any other messages from ImLive and click ‘Not Spam’. 
3.    Using the email search bar, search for @imlmailer.com and then search for @imlive.com.
4.    Right-click each highlighted message (no need to open it), select ‘Add to Contacts’ and follow the on-screen instructions. 
5.    If you still can’t get ImLive’s emails, please contact customer support via the information at the bottom of the page.
