Why am I continuously being prompted to add more Credit?

Solution 1

Check whether the problem is on the Host's end by trying to chat with another Host. If the problem occurs with every Host with whom you try to chat, go on to the next step.

Why does my screen keep refreshing and redirecting me to my main Member page?

Why do I keep getting an error message while chatting?

If you are receiving the error message, “You cannot be in more than 1 room at a time” during a chat, you can do the following, depending on your browser:

Why can’t I see what the Host is typing during a chat?
